     DYNAMIC QUEUE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, Suitable for handling high density public interaction in hospitals ,doctor's clinic, banks, Cash collection centers, Consumer Care Centers, Ticketing Counters and other such places where people have to wait in line for their turn. These systems allow customers to wait without having to stand in line, once their number is displayed then only will they have to get in line for their turn. Musical chime for calling number. Provision for automatic increment / decrement of numbers by pressing a single key is provided.

MODEL DE-001

       This Model is for satisfying the needs of General Clients/Public Offices/Private Institutions/Hospitals/Clinics where they have to manage customers waiting in line for their turn. This Model is having a Central Unit and a Display Unit. The Key features and operations of this system have been stated below.

OPERATION:

       This Model has a Central Unit and a Display Unit as given in the above Picture. The central Unit has 6 Keys to function and an On Switch button on the right side of the Central Unit. The maximum number you can call is from 1 to 999 and the maximum number u can save is 100. The functions of the keys are as follows.

• RS           Resume (to Continue Calling)
• RC           Recall (to Call Saved Numbers)
• ST           Set (to Refresh/ Start a new token number)
• S             Save (to Save Numbers)
• D             Down
• U             Up (call in consecutive ascending order)

How to Operate?

      Generally a token number starts from 1, 2, 3,….

        a.If you want to start from number 1, press the On switch button to make the system On. On the right end of the display bit 0 will be displayed. Press U button to increment the numbers. When you press u button for the first time token number 1 will be displayed. Press RST to reset the number 1.Then press U continuously to move on to next consecutive token number. If a token number is absent you can save the number bypressing S (Save) key and call later by Pressing RC (Re Call) button and press U to call the next consecutive saved number. Then to call from the last called number press RS (Resume) button..

        b. If you want to start from a specific number, press Set button to reset from 0.Then it will be pointed at the last bit on the display and Control Unit. On the right end of the display 0 will be displayed. Again Press ST button to got to middle digit place. Press U button and number 1 will be displayed (press U till you reach the number you have to start from). Press ST to reset the number 1.then number 10 will be displayed. Then press U continuously to move on to next consecutive token numbers from 10
